Spring 2011 Mural project coordinator with the After School Arts Program (ASAP), JoAnne Torti Executive Director.
Mural project bringing together students from Litchfield County and the Torrington school district to create an
outdoor site specific mural in Torrington.
Awarded a Weir Farm Visiting Artist Fellowship.
Traveled throughout the United States taking photographs, creating artist books, and painting.
Paintings featured as the work of an artist on the television series Thirtysomething.
Designed costumes for performances in Japan by the Los Angeles Dance Theater.
3rd place in Manhattan Island Marathon Swim (28.5 miles).
1984 United States Olympic Trials.
Artwork noted in Travel & Leisure magazine’s 2007 “Best Of” issue for the Mayflower Inn and Spa.
Article in Autumn 2007 issue of Litchfield County Times’ Passport Magazine.
Since 1991, Mr. Wood’s company, International Palettes LLC. has been creating murals, decorative finishes, and
artwork for homes and businesses throughout New England. International Palettes LLC. also works works in a
collaborative agreement with artists and muralists in the United States and Europe on larger time sensitive
projects.
